2. Cancellation and Refund:

2.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The ability to cancel and receive a refund depends on the timing and progress of the project at the time of the cancellation request.

2.2 Refund Policy:

• Within One Month: If a cancellation request is made within one month of payment, and the work is still in its early stages, a partial refund may be considered.
• After One Month: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after one month from the date of payment or once the payment is settled and the work has commenced.

2.3 External Resources: If external resources are required for your project, additional charges may apply. These charges may be required in advance, and any refund related to these external resources will be subject to their specific refund policies.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

3.1 Online Delivery: As our services are primarily online, there is no physical delivery of goods. All deliverables will be provided digitally through agreed-upon channels, such as email, cloud storage, or other online platforms.
